Do is the Chairman of Ha Giang Mechanical and Minerals Joint Stock Company and also a Board member of several companies listed on Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh stock exchanges. Do has got 15 years of experience in investment management. He graduated with an MBA degree from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.

Thanh is currently the Deputy Director of the Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM), Vietnam's leading think tank of MPI. Thanh is specialized in economic analysis, trade, international integration, finance development and macroeconomic policies. Thanh used to be a member of Economic Advisory Group of the former Prime ministry and a member of the Money Policy Advisory Council during 2013-2016.

Ha has got more than 10 years in Oil & Gas exploration during his employment with PVEP. Ha has received a Ph.D degree in Geophysics from University of Oklahoma, Japan.

Long has got more than 20 years of experience in design, examination, management of hydro projects and renewable energy. Long has received a Master degree in Hydropower Development from Norway.
